Sailor Moon Collector

In our last collection post we noted we were way behind on taking collection pics.  We've been working on it, though for now we're taking pictures of the more unique items in our collection and have gotten quite a few put up in our Flickr account.  Some of these items are recently obtained some we've had for months or years. Most we haven't shared with the community though. There's too many to share in one post so we're just going to focus on our Nakyosi items for this post and hopefully do a few other posts in the not to distant future. If you went to out flickr account some of these things you may have already seen, hope you don't mind seeing them twice.^^

Lately I have REALLY been slowing down on collecting. Mainly due to me not being able to find any of my wishlist items in the conditions I would like them to be in, AND I'm waiting on a few things before I start kicking it into high gear.

However, I did get these pretty posters, and I have been getting the reprint Manga in the mail one by one as they are released.



The posters are pretty neat huh? Not much of a poster lover...but I really like these for some reason.

ALSO bought the new Sailor Moon belt at Hot Topic. I hate that store, but I wanted to support the release and revival of Sailor Moon. It's a wicked cool belt, especially for guys, and I did get a lot of compliments when I was out and about wearing it. I need to get some of the other new things as well. I will... eventually.

Anybody else slowing down with the collecting lately?

Seller Said she was new in the box, never displayed, I knew that wasn't true from the photos in the auction and I really wanted her anyways.
When I got her I saw the tape sealing the box shut was gone, her hair was out of place, Luna-P was loose, and on the back the ties weren't flat against the box. But she was worth it!!!!!

I'm so behind on the updates mostly because I'm lazy and I won't have my camera for a month ^^;; so this time it's mostly huge group pics!

Since joining a few years ago my collection has grown A LOT!! In the beginning it was just one glass case and now it's filled 5 glass cases, 1 bookcase, 1 glass cabinet and several boxes in the basement! I really did not expect this hobby to grow so much XD I'm so glad I found this community and Serasell because they've brought me so much happiness and helped me meet a lot of friends! <3

Hi Everyone!

We haven't done a collection update in a while, but today seemed like a good day to do it. Some of these items are new and some we've had for a while we just hadn't gotten around to taking pictures of them until recently, we're way behind with collection pictures in general, but are slowly working on remedying that.

This pencil board is a Nakayoshi Furoku so it's actually made out of cardboard and not plastic. The other side is of the boys of the Magic Knights Rayearth universe.

i only have 2 pins i recently bought and i'm not sure how to display them, i have the tall glass ikea display cases but when i lean them up against my plushies it doesn't look all that great.. wondering how other people display their pins and if anyone had a better idea for where to place them? thanks!

I was wondering how do you all display you larger cards? Like bromide and bigger. I know I have some large pencil boards in a lovely Ultra Pro sleeve that a seller sent me and they fit them perfectly but what about others? Any help would be appreciated. :D

Got a few things in from various places and I'm happy to see them added in my collection. Also finished off one set and close to finishing another even though I just started a new set. Rearranged my stuff a bit in their display. Boy do I need something bigger.
